I visited Dr. Tanvir Raazi Ahmed at Doctor Obesity Clinic, Karachi, for a consultation on gastric sleeve surgery.
He was generous with his time, heard my issues and offered solutions. I explained in detail my previous surgeries and issues related to anesthesia and was assured my concerns would be taken into consideration.
Once I had all the pre-requisite tests done, I returned and underwent a successful gastric sleeve surgery.
Post surgical care by his team has been phenomenal, they really know how to put the patient at ease. I was walking and having liquids within 3 hours of my surgery.
I'm already down a few kgs, feel much better and my mobility has improved as well. The detailed post surgical diet is well planned and I look forward to regaining my health.

I'm a female 62 yrs of age. My weight at the time of surgery was 121 kg. I have been trying to reduce weight for a couple of years now but to no avail. Doctor Tanvir was eloquent in putting the pros and cons of the procedure and life after. I was hesitant because I knew I had to change my behavior and lifestyle.
